What is Blind Test?
Blind Test is a musical quiz multiplayer on whom you can gain many gifts. The goal of the game is to recognize the titles and the artists of the songs diffused before the other players.
The rooms are of unlimited number and each gaming room accepts to 10 players into simultaneous!
How to win points?
Three types of points can be won on blindtest.com:
- the buckies, which correspond to the virtual currency of the game
- the points of experiment, which determine the color of your belt
- the points of experience, which are useful only for the classification at the time of a game
Dice your account creates, you are credited (E) with 100 buckies. Each game costs a certain sum of buckies (in general 5 buckies). At the end of each game, if you are among the 3 first, you win buckies according to your place, of the price of entry in the game and of the number of players.
If you add a photo to your profile, you gain 50 buckies!
If your account in buckies is lower than 20 buckies you can credite your account with 50 more buckies! Attention, it is valid only once a day
Each time one of your friends (via the function email “To invite a friend”) creates an account, you obtain a no-claims bonus of 100 buckies!!!
The buckies are used to gain batches and gifts thanks to a system of bidding.
The points of experiment are the reflection of your assiduity in Blind Test. They are obtained while playing multiplayer mode..
Your profits in points of experiment are proportional to:
- the level of difficulty of the game in the room
- the number of players taking part in the game, the more players there is, the more points of experiment you get.
- your position with the classification at the end of the game, if you are first you gain more than by finishing tenth!
Finally points of play, being used only to decide between at the time of a part the players. These points are obtained by finding the artist and/or the title of the extract of the song which is diffused. The scale is simple:
10 points for the 1st player who finds the artist or the title
8 points for the 2nd player who finds the artist or the title
6 points for the 3rd player who finds the artist or the title
5 points for the 4th player who finds the artist or the title
4 points for the 5th player who finds the artist or the title
3 points for the 6th player who finds the artist or the title
2 points for the 7th player who finds the artist or the title
1 point for the 8th player who finds the artist or the title
1 point for the 9th player who finds the artist or the title
1 point for the 10th player who finds the artist or the title
The player having the most points of play at the end of the part gains the maximum of buckies and points of experiment.
How to gain and receive gifts?
You can constantly use your buckies to raise on gifts of your choice via the heading “Gifts”. At the end of the bidding, the member having put the highest bidding will see himself outputting of as many buckies on his Blind Test account and will receive in exchange the gift concerned with post way without other expenses.
Only the following French-speaking countries are authorized to receive gifts for the moment:
- Metropolitan France
- Belgium
- Switzerland
- Luxembourg

To play BlindTest.com you must have configured your Firewall to open the port 2000. A priori, for all the personal computers and all those which are not in a big (+50 employees) company, this port is not closed. The problem arises if you are with the terrace of a coffee or in a wifi-bar. You must also have the last version Flash, you can download it while clicking here.
The countdown becomes animated, but I do not hear the music!
This game is in beta release and some bugs can emerge punctually. If you see the countdown ravelling but you hear nothing, ensure of:
- not to have cut the sound of your computer
- not to have another mitre or fenestrates open with a flash which diffuses sound (www.deezer.com for example)
- to have configured your antivirus so that it accepts the reading and the remote loadings of the files on the URL http://www.blindtest.com (on certain antivirus to see the mode “play”). Consult the assistance of your antivirus to obtain the procedure to be followed.
